Individual

People come to counseling with a range of life issues, challenges, or transitions. As therapists, we work with clients to explore their present challenges and coping tools and how these help or hinder their growth. We work with clients to discover their strengths, and to develop new coping skills. We offer professional, compassionate, and supportive counseling to address each individuals concerns.

Teens

Children and teens experience many stressors as they move toward young adulthood. These might include family changes, school struggles, peer difficulties or developmental challenges. In our fast paced technological society, children and adolescents often struggle with anxiety over social situations they don’t know how to manage. Our therapists collaborate with parents and children/teens to move through changes and difficult situations to feel more competent and self-sufficient.

Seniors
