With a passion for helping clients, I specialize in a diverse range of mental health challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, childhood and family-related trauma, depression, workplace stress and issues related to the LGBTQIA+ community. I also provide valuable parenting support and guidance for tweens and teens navigating social and relational issues, school-related stress, sports pressures, and the complexities of adult and young adult life changes.
For adults, I employ a person-centered approach to therapy, allowing me to draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and family systems therapy. This flexibility enables me to assist clients effectively on their therapeutic journeys. For younger clients, I integrate elements of pop culture-such as TV shows, movies, music, art, and play—into our sessions. This creative approach helps them grasp therapeutic concepts and fosters greater freedom of expression.
I believe in the importance of collaboration and encourage parents to be actively engaged in their child's treatment. By creating a seamless support system, we can work together to promote healing and growth, ensuring that each client feels understood, supported, and empowered on their path to mental wellness.
